A question from a viewer, is walking a good form of exercise? Walking is a great form of exercise. It’s something simple, easy, it doesn’t require any practice and you can do it almost anywhere. It helps to lower you blood pressure, maintain your weight, helps increase your mood, and helps you to stay strong and fit. If you are a seasoned walker, just keep doing what your doing. If you are new to fitness and inactive I would suggest starting slow and easy, staring with 5-10 minutes and gradually working your way up to 30-60 minutes most days of the week. Walking is something that you can do with a friend or anyway. So, Enjoy!
