UHC TV For Health and Happiness Simply Stated (Animated chalkboard cartoon characters and illustrations) (Man One) I think I can honestly say that have I never looked or felt better. (Man Two) Yeah, well that's one man's opinion. (Man One) Why would a specimen such as myself even need health insurance? (Man Two) Well, because you need to protect your finances. Just so you understand health insurance pays for medical expenses when you are sick or injured. It can also pay for preventive care so you can try to avoid future illnesses or treat an illness you didn't even know you had. (Man One) Again, why do I need it? (Man Two) You know, no one can predict when they might get sick or have an accident. What if you fall off your bike and break your arm? Something like that might end up costing you upwards of 30,000 dollars. What would a bill like that do to your lifestyle? (Man One) Hmmm, that would mean I'd probably have to go back to training wheels. (Man Two) Exactly! Think of health insurance like you think about homeowner's insurance. If something happens to your house, you want to know you can get it fixed. It's the same thing with your arm. (Man One) I do like my arm as it is, and I just got rid of my training wheels. (Man Two) Plus, when you are sick or injured you don't need the extra stress of trying to figure out how to pay for it. Health insurance provides peace of mind. (Man One) You're right, I do need insurance. After all, I look so sharp I just might cut myself. Ha, ha, it's just a little joke. Where are you going? Simply Stated UnitedHealthcare
